The Blue Heron Charitable Orchestra unites artists from Vienna’s leading conservatories, professional ensembles, and a circle of international guest performers. Our players span emerging talent and seasoned professionals, joined by a conviction that music can inspire hope and effect change.

Many have studied at MDW, MUK, CCoM, and distinguished academies across Europe and beyond; others perform with Vienna’s established ensembles, bringing hard-won stage experience to BHCO. What binds them is more than virtuosity: it is servant leadership in music—reliability, generosity, and an unflagging commitment to excellence in service of a greater purpose. This union of fresh energy and professional poise shapes the BHCO sound.
